This team explored sentiment analysis via IBM Watson, a natural language based speech analysis system.

Creating animations based on revolutionary Russian supremacist imagery, the team linked analyzed sentiments to a databank of emotion sequences.

Working from scanned images of painter Alex Goncharenko’s work, animator Sonia Nelubina and new media artist Marina Blinova produced a series of engaging animations with different emotionally-themed content.

Software developer Denis Protopopov investigated sentiment analysis software, and reported to the team on how the software interpreted patterns of speech.
